Warranty Period

Generally, our products are covered by a limited warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Unity Trading Concern will repair or replace products that have defects arising from:

• Manufacturing faults
• Component defects
• Technical malfunctions

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, cracks, dents, or breakage
• Liquid damage or moisture entry
• Damage due to mishandling, misuse, or incorrect installation
• Burnt, broken, or tampered items
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
• Normal wear and tear
• Accessories without a valid invoice or warranty card
• Loss or theft of the product

Warranty Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, the customer must present:

• Original product
• Original invoice or valid proof of purchase
• Warranty card (if provided)

Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.

Warranty Claim Procedure

1. Visit the authorized dealer or Unity Trading Concern service point.
2. Submit the product along with required documents.
3. The Company will inspect the product to verify eligibility.
4. If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.
5. If the product is out of stock, a similar product of equal value may be provided.

Limitations of Liability

• Unity Trading Concern is not responsible for any data loss, inconvenience, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
• Warranty is limited to repair or replacement only. No refunds or monetary compensation will be provided.

Warranty Voiding Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

• Labels, serial numbers, or warranty stickers are removed or altered
• Product is physically damaged or tampered
• Unauthorized repair attempts have been made

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the applicable laws of Nepal in which the product is sold.
