Refund & Return Policy

At Unity Trading Concern, we value your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if the mobile accessory received is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described at the time of delivery

Additionally:

  • Products must be returned with all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, free accessories, invoice, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in a resalable condition.
  • Change of mind or dislike of the product does not qualify for a refund.

Refund Request Period

  • Customers must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Return Process

  1. The customer should contact Unity Trading Concern Pvt Ltd with proof of purchase and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, the customer must return the product to the specified address at their expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  3. Returned products will be inspected before refund approval.

Refund Method and Timeline

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error or defective product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Consumables, clearance items, or products explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Warranty Note

All mobile accessories come with a warranty period of 6 to 12 months (as per product specification). Warranty claims are handled separately and will not impact the refund eligibility within the refund window.
